If you are not satisfied with your Cannondale product you can return it, in accordance with our return policy below.
To initiate a return, contact us via our online request form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
RETURN POLICY DETAILS – BICYCLES:
» Returns initiated within 15 days from the date you receive your bicycle are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our return policy below.
» There is no return shipping charge for returns.
» All returns must be in new, unused condition, complete with all instructions, warranty cards, and small parts including reflectors and other safety items that you received with the bicycle.
» When you contact Cannondale Customer Service for an RA number, you will be given specific instructions on returning the bicycle.
» At its discretion, Cannondale reserves the right to refuse any bicycles not in new, unused condition, and/or deduct 10% of the purchase price of the bicycle or €175, whichever is greater, for any returns that are missing small parts, are otherwise incomplete, or which do not have a valid Return Authorization (RA).
» Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.
» We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
» Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the bicycle has been received and inspected.
Typically, this will be within 10 business days.
RETURN POLICY DETAILS – NON-BICYCLE ITEMS:
» Returns of all items other than bicycles may be made within 15 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the product cost, less return shipping charges, in accordance with our return policy below.
» Returns of non-bicycle items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and must include all small parts and instructions.
» When you contact Cannondale Customer Service for a Return Authorization, you will be provided a return shipping label for your non-bicycle items. You must use this label to return your items.
» At its discretion, Cannondale reserves the right to refuse any items that are incomplete, damaged, or missing component parts and/or deduct 20% of the purchase price. All returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA).
» Returns of non-bicycle items that are missing small parts, are otherwise incomplete, or which do not have a valid Return Authorization (RA) will be refused and you will have to pay shipping for the item to be returned to you or forfeit the item.
» Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.
» We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
» A return shipping charge will be deducted on returns of all non-bicycle items as follows:
- Non-bicycle returns: €9,95
- Non-bicycle returns from other regions will be determined based on the region.
» Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after product has been received and inspected.
