If you are not satisfied with your Cannondale product you can return it, in accordance with our return policy below.
To initiate a return, contact us via our online request form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
RETURN POLICY DETAILS – BICYCLES :
- Returns initiated within 15 days from the date you receive your bicycle are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our return policy below.
- All returns must be in new, unused condition, complete with all instructions, warranty cards, and small parts including reflectors and other safety items that you received with the bicycle.
- When you contact Cannondale Customer Service for an RA number, you will be given specific instructions on returning the bicycle to the Cannondale retailer where you picked up your bicycle
- If any bicycles are not in new unused condition, are missing small parts, are otherwise incomplete, or do not have a valid Return Authorization (RA), Cannondale reserves the right to, in its discretion, either refuse the return or deduct a re-stocking fee equal to $175 / €175 /1400 DKK, or 10% of the purchase price of the bicycle, if greater.
- Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the bicycle has been received and inspected. Typically, this will be within 10 business days.

A return shipping charge applies to all returns in Europe:
- Bicycle Return Fee France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium: €75
- BIcycle Return Fee Denmark: 550 DKK
RETURN POLICY DETAILS – NON-BICYCLE ITEMS :
Returns of all items other than bicycles may be made within 15 days from date of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping charges, in accordance with our return policy below.
- Returns of non-bicycle items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and must include all small parts and instructions.
- When you contact Cannondale Customer Service for a Return Authorization, you will be provided a return shipping label for your non-bicycle items. You must use this label to return your items.
- At its discretion, Cannondale reserves the right to refuse any items that are incomplete, damaged, or missing component parts.
- Returns of non-bicycle items that are missing small parts, are otherwise incomplete, or which do not have a valid Return Authorization (RA) will be refused and you will have to pay shipping for the item to be returned to you or forfeit the item.
- Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
- A return shipping charge will be deducted on returns of all non-bicycle items as follows:
- Non-bicycle returns from Continental US: $8.99 USD
- Non-bicycle returns from AK & HI: $29.99 USD
- Non-bicycle returns from Canada: $15.00 CAD
- Non-bicycle returns from France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Austria: €9,95
- Non-bicycle returns from Denmark: 75 DKK
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after product has been received and inspected. Typically, this will be within 10 business days.
