Buy Online Pick Up In Shop orders typically arrive within 7-10 days at most dealer locations across Europe. You will be notified when your bike is ready to be picked up from your local retailer. Pickup time can vary by retailer and season.
Here is how the process works.
Step 1: On the Cannondale.com website, select the bike you wish to purchase and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Step 2: In checkout, based on the zip postal code you provide, you will be presented with options for the closest Authorized Cannondale Retailers and can select which one you would like to pick your new bicycle up from.
Step 3: We ship the bike to your chosen store, where it is assembled by a professional bike mechanic. The shipment time is approximately 7-10 days. You will receive email updates along the way and get notified once your bike is ready for pick up. Please allow 5 business days maximum after delivery for assembly and pickup.
Step 3: You will receive an email notifying you that your bike is ready to be picked up.
Step 4: Pick up your order in-store, ensuring you bring your

Gear and Accessories ordered with your bike will ship directly to the address you provide during checkout and do not ship to the Cannondale retailer with your bike.
