FAQ
If I record a ride on my Apple Watch will it appear in the Cannondale App?
Yes.
If you have turned on “Import Rides from Apple Watch” in the Connected Apps screen in the Cannondale App Settings, your newly saved rides from your Apple Watch will automatically sync with the Cannondale App.
A ride recorded by your Apple Watch can be found in your Activity screen after the ride is completed and saved.
Why won’t my Cannondale rides close my Apple Fitness rings?
Cannondale App does not capture, record or send heart rate data, so it is not able to close Apple Fitness rings.
To close Apple Fitness rings, we recommend you use an Apple Watch to record your rides, and activate the connection by turning on Import Rides from Apple Watch in the Cannondale App.
Does the Cannondale App export heart rate data to Apple Health?
Cannondale App does not capture, record or send heart rate data to Apple Health.
Why can’t I find my Apple Watch ride in the Cannondale App?
Make sure your connection to Apple Health is turned on in Cannondale App’s Settings → Connected Apps.
If this connection is already turned on, the ride import into the Cannondale App may still be processing. Once it is processed, it can be found in the Activity screen with your other rides.
If you think you are missing a ride after an import, it may have been combined with another ride (recorded with a different Ride Source) because of overlapping ride times.
The data for the individual rides that were combined are still available in the Cannondale App by changing Ride Source.
