If you have ever used the Cannondale app, account deletion is self-serve within the app. Go into the Cannondale App on your phone and:
- Tap on the Settings cog (top left corner of Garage or Activity screens)
- Tap on Profile
- Tap Edit
- Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
