FAQ
How do I know if my ride successfully synced from my Strava to the Cannondale App?
You will receive a Cannondale App notification to tell you that a new activity has been imported from Strava.
If you aren’t receiving notifications and would like to be notified when new rides are imported, check your phone’s notification settings to ensure notifications for the Cannondale App are turned on.
Can I import older rides from Strava that were completed before I connected the app to Strava?
When you connect Strava with the Cannondale App, the app only imports rides that happen after the connection is made. However, you can individually import old rides that have not yet been sent to the Cannondale App.
- Open Strava app
- Find the activity you’d like to import to the Cannondale App
- Edit the Activity Name (any changes to the Activity Name will trigger a sync)
- Save the activity
Shortly after saving, the ride will be sent to the Cannondale App and can be found in the Activity screen.
I received a notification that a new activity was imported into the Cannondale App but I don’t see it in my activities.
If you think you are missing a ride after an import, it may have been combined with another ride because of overlapping ride times.
The data for the individual rides that were combined are still available in the Cannondale App by changing Ride Source.

Why can’t I find my ride from Strava in the Cannondale App?
Make sure your connection to Strava is turned on in Cannondale App’s Settings → Connected Apps.
If this connection is already turned on, the ride import into the Cannondale App may still be processing. Once it is processed, it can be found in the Activity screen with your other rides.
If the Cannondale App has multiple rides saved or imported with overlapping dates and times, the overlapping rides will be combined into a single ride.

Why can’t I see Advanced Bike Assignment?
For the Advanced Bike Assignment feature to appear in the Cannondale App, you must have more than one bike in Cannondale Garage and more than one bike in your Strava Gear. Once the feature is available, you can match Strava bikes with the bikes in your Cannondale Garage.
I changed the name of my bike on the Strava app for a ride, but the bike did not get changed in my Cannondale App according to the rules I set in Advanced Bike Assignment.
If you change the bike in your Strava app, the Cannondale App does not know that a change has been made unless you make another change to the ride. If you edit the bike in Strava, you must also edit the name of the ride in Strava, which will trigger a new sync of the ride with the correct bike assigned.
How do I get my non-Garmin device (Wahoo, Hammerhead, Sigma, Bryton, etc.) to sync with the Cannondale App?
Connect your device to Strava directly, then connect Cannondale App with Strava and turn on import.
How do I connect other third party apps and devices to the Cannondale App?
