What are shipping costs?
FREE standard shipping on orders over $49*
All bikes ship FREE to the Cannondale Authorized Retailer that you select during checkout, where they are assembled for FREE for you to pick up and ride. If you purchase gear or accessories in that same order, they will be shipped free to the shipping address you enter during checkout.
Gear orders of $49+ ship for free. Orders of less than $49 will be charged $9.99 for shipping.
*Free shipping applies to lower 48 contiguous states only. For Alaska and Hawaii, a $20 shipping charge will be added to orders under $300, a $100 shipping charge will be added to orders $300+. Currently cannot ship electric bikes to Alaska and Hawaii.
What happens when I order accessories with my bike?
You will pick up your bike from your chosen Cannondale Retailer and any gear or accessories will be shipped to you directly at the address you provide during checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Ship to your address:
All Cannondale orders are processed within two business days, ship using standard ground service and arrive to most locations within 3 - 5 days *. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to track your package. You can also view your tracking information on your Account Page.
*Actual shipping time depends on your location and the location of the warehouse from which your product is shipping.
Ship to store:
All bicycle orders ship to the local Authorized Cannondale Retailer you select during checkout and will require up to an additional 3 days for build time before they are ready for you to pick up at your Cannondale Retailer. You will receive an email notification when your bike has been built and is ready for pickup at your Cannondale Retailer.
How do I view my tracking information?
A link to track your order is included in the email you should have received confirming shipment of your Cannondale order. You can also find tracking information on your Account Page.
If your order is shipping in multiple packages, you will receive separate emails with links to track each delivery.
What do I need to bring when I pick up my bike from the Cannondale retailer?Once your bike has been assembled by the Cannondale retailer, you will receive an email letting you know that the bike is ready for pick up. Bring your order confirmation or order number and a photo ID. If your bike did not come with pedals, you can bring the pedals you want installed on the bike. You may want to bring a helmet so you can take a test ride at the shop.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer shipping outside the United States. Electric bikes can only be shipped within the continental 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Bicycles will be shipped using ground freight to the Cannondale Authorized Retailer you selected during checkout and Parts & Accessories will be shipped directly to your address provided at checkout.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive in 2-3 business days to most locations in the United States. Bike orders will be ready for pickup from the selected Cannondale Retailer within 3 days after arriving at the shop.
You will receive email notifications letting you know when your order has shipped, when it has arrived at the Cannondale Retailer and when it is ready for pickup.
