Here are some tips to
- Make sure your bike is supported. The Cannondale App can only connect to the latest Bosch Smart System eBikes (click here to see the models).
- Make sure you bike has the latest firmware. You can go to your dealer or download the Bosch Flow app to install the latest firmware.
- If you have the Bosch Flow app installed, it may cause issues connecting to your Cannondale Bike. The use of both apps at the same time is supported, however the initial connection may not be possible if the bike is connected to the Bosch Flow app. If you experience any issues, try force quitting the Bosch Flow app and trying again.
