If not all of your rides are appearing, it may be because the Cannondale App has not successfully fully synced with the Wheel Sensor and the Cannondale servers. The sync status can be determined by looking at the “Last Sync” date and time in your Activity Log – if it shows a time prior to your missing ride, then the ride has not been fully synced.
In order for a successful sync to occur, you must be connected to the internet and connect your Wheel Sensor with the Cannondale App.
It’s important to remember that rides recorded by the Wheel Sensor are not available until the wheel has stopped moving for more than 5 minutes. If you are missing your last ride segment, please wait and sync with the app again later.
Normal Sync
If you are missing rides or having problems syncing, follow the steps below:
- Confirm that your phone is connected to the internet
- Open the Cannondale App
- Go to Activity
- Tap the blue "Sync" button
- If prompted, spin your wheel continuously until the wheel sensor connects and syncing begins
- Wait for the sync to complete
- View the Activity Log
Full Sync
If there are still missing rides, then do a "Full Sync", following the steps below:
- Go to Settings (cog icon in top left corner of the app)
- Tap on "Full Sync"
- If prompted, spin your wheel continuously until the wheel sensor connects and syncing begins
- Wait for the sync to complete (this may take several minutes)
- View the Activity Log
If you are still not seeing your rides, try force quitting the App and/or repeating the steps above again later.
