Bicycles are shipped to the Cannondale Authorised Retailer selected during checkout, while Parts & Accessories are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout (except where noted below).

Once your order leaves our warehouse, bike orders typically arrive at your selected Cannondale Retailer within 7–10 business days.
Bikes are generally ready for collection within 3 business days after arrival at the retailer.
United States
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Bike orders are usually ready for collection within 3 business days after they arrive at your selected Cannondale Retailer.

You'll receive email notifications throughout the process, including when:
- Your order has shipped
- Your bike has arrived at the retailer
- Your bike is ready for collection
Important: Denmark Exception
In Denmark, Parts & Accessories can be delivered to a DHL collection point rather than a home address. In this case, DHL will automatically select the collection location. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with all the details needed to collect your package.
