Buy Online Pick Up in Shop is an online purchasing option that allows you to purchase your bicycle online directly from Cannondale and have it shipped to an Authorised Cannondale Retailer where it will be professionally assembled free of charge and be ready to ride when you collect it.
Buy Online Pick Up in Shop orders are typically ready for collection approximately 10 working days after purchase. Collection times can vary by retailer and season. You will be notified when your bike is ready to be collected from your local retailer.
Here is how the process works.
Step 1: On the Cannondale.com website, select the bike you wish to purchase and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Step 2: At checkout, based on the postcode you provide, you will be presented with options for the closest Authorised Cannondale Retailers and can select which one you would like to collect your new bicycle from.
Step 3: We ship the bike to your chosen store, where it is assembled by a professional bike mechanic. This process takes approximately 10 working days. You will receive email updates along the way.
Step 3: You will receive an email notifying you that your bike is ready to be collected.
Step 4: Collect your order in store, ensuring you bring your

- Corresponding photo ID
- Credit card (used to purchase)
Gear and accessories ordered with your bike will be shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout and will not be shipped to the Cannondale retailer with your bike.
