We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Bicycles will be shipped using ground freight to the Cannondale Authorized Retailer you selected during checkout and Parts & Accessories will be shipped directly to your address provided at checkout.
Once your bike order leaves our warehouse, it will typically arrive at most locations within 7-10 days. Our retail partner will assemble your bike within the next 5 working days, and you will receive email notifications at each stage: when your order has shipped, when it has arrived at the Cannondale retailer, and when it is ready for pickup.
Important – Denmark exception
Parts & Accessories are normally delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.
In Denmark, Parts & Accessories are not delivered to a home address. Instead, they are shipped to a pickup point automatically selected by DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the information required to collect your package from the pickup point.
